Meet your host:

⭐️ Lara Wellman  is a coach, author, and neurodivergent. After forty years of thinking she was lazy and not designed for success, she reframed how she felt about herself and invited ease into her life. She believes we can all be happier by embracing who we are and letting go of the societal expectations that have made us feel small. She lives in Ottawa with her husband, three teens, and a Havanese named Ace.

Client testimonial: This course gives you a lot for little time. The weekly prompts typically took me about 15-30 minutes to do, but got me thinking about my behaviours and where they come from -- which provided a lot of value for me in the long run.

FAQ

Who is this for?

This is an introductory course meant to get you thinking about who you are, how you feel about yourself, and your relationship to the word lazy. If you've done a lot of internal work, some of this may be more of a refresher than new and exciting (but sometimes it's nice to get back to basics again)

How much time does this take every week?

Participants tend to say they spend 10-30 minutes a week watching the video and answering the questions. It depends on how in-depth you go and how much time you spend on each question. All of the videos are 10 minutes at maximum.

What if I can't get it done in eight weeks?

You wont lose access to this content so you can log in and watch the videos and answer the prompts as you have the time available.

Client Testimonial: This course offered one more way to reduce some stress we tend to put on ourselves. We call ourselves lazy for many reasons, beat ourselves up for lack of motivation or direction, and then stress about how awful we feel--then continue the cycle. This course offers some thoughts and questions to consider that may help you be a bit easier on yourself and get some things done, too! Rachel
